REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

   Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, free from damage caused after delivery, and returned with the original packaging and all accompanying components.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

   Returns may not be accepted if the product has been used, assembled, damaged by the customer, altered, missing components, or returned without adequate packaging that results in damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

   If the return is requested because the customer changes their mind, places the wrong order, purchases the wrong item, provides an incorrect shipping address, refuses delivery without cause, or no longer wants the product after shipment, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

   If the return is approved due to a product quality issue, shipping damage, or an error caused by our store, we will assume responsibility for the reasonable return shipping costs after verification.
